How tall are the letters? They are 3ft 7in tall and 2 1/2 ft wide

How tall are the numbers? They are 4ft tall and 2 1/2 ft wide

Why are they different sizes? We do that so numbers and letters if you choose to combined them do not run together. We like to add that extra pop!!

How do they stay lit? Great question! We need one outlet to plug them into.

What if I do not have an outlet? We can provide a battery pack depending on how long the event will be. 

How do I book? Fill out this form on the HOME PAGE or under CONTACT US we will be back with you within 24hours. 

How do I secure my day and the letters or numbers I need? We ask for 1/2 down to secure your booking. We only hold your letters without payment for 24 hours then they are released. 

What if we need to cancel? Cancelations are accepted 1 week before the event. However you are not able to get your deposit back BUT you will NOT be changed the remaining balance. We also will place a credit on your account from 1 year to the date of your event to use for future use of whatever the deposit amount was.

Do we need an extension cord? If WE deliver and pickup we will provide one. If you are picking up please bring one to your party.
